Product Description

Integral Skin Foam PU Parts Characteristic: 

1. Independent closed bubble combination, low density and small thermal conductivity of rubber material, so it has excellent thermal insulation performance.

2. The surface is skinned, so the water vapor can not pass through, and there is no need to add a steam barrier, the outer wall will not condense, and the water absorption is low.

5.1 Raw material inspection 
      All raw materials before warehousing must be tested, and the corresponding physical property report shall be issued,
and compared with the physical property report of raw materials. Only when the test values of the two physical property
reports are consistent, can they be warehoused.
